The process is straightforward and carries no obligation. Simply send us basic information about your project.
Step 1 — Documentation
Send us floor plans or drawings of the property to:

Step 2 — Project description
Describe the scope of the project in a few sentences — floor area, planned construction timeline, preferred style or any inspirations you have in mind. The more detail you provide, the more accurate the quote.
Step 3 — Proposal
Within 2–4 business days you will receive an outline of the proposed collaboration, an indicative project quote and suggested next steps.
Following an initial analysis and agreement on the terms of collaboration, we are happy to arrange a meeting — at the studio in Kraków, online, or by phone, according to your preference.
ArtCore Design carries out interior design projects throughout Poland and for international clients with properties abroad. We offer in-person meetings in Kraków (by appointment), online and phone consultations, full remote project work, and author’s supervision available both in person and remotely.
All communication with international clients is conducted in English. Distance is not a limitation — our remote workflow is structured, well-tested and delivers the same complete documentation package as in-person collaboration.
